By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise obtaining this digital product (“the model” or “the asset”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban.
1. License & Ownership
Purchasing or downloading the Avatar grants the buyer a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal license to use the Avatar in VRChat only, unless a separate written commercial license is issued.
Single‑owner rule: Each personal license applies to one named person only. The person’s correct information provided at checkout (VRChat username + Discord name + email) must match the purchaser / recipient. The license is valid only when that information is provided and correctly linked to the purchase.
2. Activation, Gifting & Alts
Activation information required: At checkout you must provide your VRChat name, Discord name, and a valid contact email. If you do not provide correct info, the license may be revoked.
Gifts: If you purchase an Avatar as a gift, you must enter the recipient’s required information (their VRChat name, Discord name, and email) at checkout. The recipient — not the giver — is the licensee and only they have rights to use the Avatar.
Alt accounts: You may upload the Avatar to your own alt accounts only if you are the sole person using those accounts. Uploading to accounts used by other people or giving access to others is prohibited.
Banned/blacklisted users: If a person is banned or blacklisted by the Creator or their community, they are not permitted to own, receive, or use the Avatar.
3. Allowed Uses
Users may:
Equip and use the Avatar in VRChat for personal, private, or public worlds.
Stream or record while using the Avatar for non‑commercial purposes (credit rules apply — see Section 6).
Make personal edits, but not to the point where the avatar is not recognizable. **for private use only.**
Create non‑commercial screenshots, fan art, or videos.
4. Prohibited Uses (strict)
Unless explicit written permission is granted by the Creator, you may NOT:
Make the Avatar (edited or unedited) publicly available in any way (uploads to public drives, marketplaces, shared links, public reuploads, or posting the full package). Making an avatar public is considered illegal redistribution.
Redistribute, share, reupload, or otherwise make the avatar files accessible to others, including via Discord, Google Drive, Patreon, Gumroad mirrors, or any file‑sharing service.
Resell, license, or otherwise commercialize the Avatar or derivatives without a separate written commercial license.
Price‑split the Avatar (two or more people jointly owning one license is forbidden).
Extract, reuse, or repurpose any parts, assets, textures, materials, bone setups, shaders, or project files from the Avatar for use in other projects — even for personal use — unless specifically permitted in writing.
Claim the Avatar (or any part of it) as your own work. Do not remove or alter the Creator’s credits, watermark, or metadata.
Use the Avatar (or derivatives) in pornographic, hateful, illegal, or otherwise abusive content.
Share or transfer license credentials or license files to anyone else; sharing a license is strictly forbidden.
5. Editing & Derivative Works
Personal edits are allowed (small cosmetic changes, colors, accessories) as long as the resulting avatar remains clearly recognizable as my work and my credit/branding remains visible on the avatar package or metadata.
Heavy edits or public uploads of edited versions require written permission from the Creator.
Public distribution of edited avatars (including uploads to other accounts or marketplaces) is prohibited without explicit written consent and a license agreement.
6. Monetization, Streaming & Credit
Monetary use (streams, ads, sponsorships, paid videos, VTubing for profit): You may use the Avatar on monetized channels only if you follow the Creator’s credit rules. Credit must clearly state the Creator’s name and a link to their shop or profile where required (e.g., profile bio, video description, stream panels). Example credit: Avatar by Vampi's Dollhouse/vampidoll — https://vampidoll.com/
Merch & imagery products: You may not create or sell merch, prints, NFTs, or other products that use the Avatar’s imagery (2D or 3D) without express written permission.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Sales Policy
All sales of digital Avatar products are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are allowed except as required by law. I reserve the right to decline refunds for digital goods.
8. Support, Updates & Liability
I may provide updates or bug fixes but is not obligated to maintain compatibility with all future VRChat updates or third‑party tools.
The Avatar is provided "as is". I am not liable for damages, loss of data, or issues caused by edits, third‑party software, or platform changes.
9. Enforcement & Revocation
Violation of these terms may lead to: revocation of license, account blacklisting (for community servers), takedown requests, and legal action (including DMCA). I may perform manual checks to verify license information.
If a license is revoked, continued use of the Avatar is a breach of copyright and may prompt further enforcement.
10. How to Report or Request Permission
To report suspected license violations or public uploads, or to request permission for commercial use or resale, please join the discord server before opening a ticket and provide clear evidence (links, screenshots, descriptions).
